It’s our goal to leverage our industrial water treatment and real estate experiences to help homeowners save time and money on their water treatment systems.

Working with many patient and loving people, I’ve managed to become quite diverse with my skills throughout my working years – all by doing what I love in these two areas.

There are no words of thanks I can write that would ever sum up the gratitude I feel at this very moment for those who have helped me along the way. My beautiful wife of over 20 years is at the very tippy-top of that list, just behind my Lord and Savior, Jesus Crist.

Looking back on my time with Coldwell Bank as a real estate agent, my level of success was marginal at best. Being a hands-on guy, I dreamed of using my real estate resources to seek out properties and become a flipper. I did one flip that took eight months and what felt like part of my soul.

I had just cleared the 2008 housing market disaster and managed to make a thin 8K profit on my first flip. With the losses I was seeing among other agents that flipped, too, I knew I was going to have to put my flipping days on hold.

I’ve listed and sold some homes and helped folks find their dream homes as a buyer’s agent. Throughout the 15 years of being a part-time agent, I gained an appreciation for what it takes to step into an industry you know little about. The lesson: top real estate producers have my complete respect. It’s a full-on commitment; part-time won’t do.

Luckily for me, I had already established an industrial water treatment company that had shown real promise – not only financially, but also spiritually. Being dependable and having the right answers for my clients have always been at the core of who I am.

My water treatment company, HydroServe Technologies, was allowed continued success through many answered & unanswered prayers. Through this, my focus naturally shifted towards creating synergy that my clients, employees, and family could depend on – 24/7.

So, fast forward almost 30 years, my career in water and love of real estate have landed me right here in the cross hairs of helping others, hoping they may benefit from my experiences.

My hopes and prayers are to not only meet my expectations (which are mostly never-ending) but also to meet the expectations of every person that looks for answers on these few pages.
